Mick Van Kaminsky, M.S., A.T.C.
Mick received his B.S. in Athletic Training in 2008 from Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan and is currently a licensed athletic trainer in Ohio. In addition Mick received a Master of Science in Exercise Science in 2010 and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Adding to these certifications, Mick is: trained as a Board Certified Diplomate in Acupuncture providing dry needling therapies in a Western acupuncture format; recognized by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation as a certified provider; and a Kinesio-tape practitioner. Mick is currently a doctoral student at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Interprofessional Healthcare Studies. In his leisure time Mick is a former twice ranked Senior National judo champion also competing internationally, including: Canada, Uruguay and Argentina. Mick enjoys all outdoor activities and still maintains a “camp” in the upper peninsula of Michigan. “The patient populations I most enjoy treating are those that are physically active and seek to remain at the top of their game.” Mick’s practice goals are to provide a sports medicine home for athletes and deliver comprehensive as well as continuous team care for all sportspersons.

Laura began her health sciences career as a Dental Hygienist for 25 years before joining Dr. Miskovsky over 5 years ago. She has quickly become a vital part of Team Miskovsky. She is familiar with our clientele and is dedicated to the patients we serve and their needs. She can assist you with scheduling your next appointment, surgery or any other concerns you may have regarding your orthopedic care. A Cleveland native, in her free time Laura enjoys following Cleveland professional sports and spending time with her family and friends.
